At PaddingtonMoore all our reports are prepared in accordance with the Australian Property Institute Practice Standards.
The report will be completed by a Certified Practising Valuer and Certified Property Practitioner who is an Associate Member (currently accredited under the Continuing Professional Development Program) of the Australian Property Institute and has the relevant experience and qualifications to value the class of property being valued.
Instructions for valuations must be in writing and the client must acknowledge the fee for service and the necessary payment must be collected in a timely manner. The instruction must form a legally binding contract between PaddingtonMoore Pty Ltd and the client/instructing party.
A compliance review of every report will be undertaken by the Director of PaddingtonMoore Pty Ltd which verifies the report is genuine and meets the firms quality assurance standards.
